Monthly Activity Calendar
Arc events are open to members, their families/providers, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Weekly events are free to anyone with an intellectual and/or developmental disability. There may be an additional cost for some events. The non-member cost is $5.00 unless otherwise noted.
Monthly Events
Burgers & Board Game Nights
Join your friends for Burgers and Board Games on the second Wednesday of each month at The Cheyenne Moose Lodge This event will feature board games, TV show game nights, and fun!
Dinner starts at 5:30 pm, and games will begin at 6:00 pm ( Due to the Moose preparing for the burger dinner, no entry before 5:30 pm). Participants are responsible for their dinner costs. The dinner costs around $5.00 and up, depending on your order!
Board games and fun are free for everyone. Family, caretakers, and support staff are also encouraged to participate. No sign-up is required; show up and enjoy the fun!

Movie Afternoon
Movies are back! Join us on the fourth Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Cheyenne Moose Lodge in March, May, and September for an afternoon movie! This event is free for everyone. Snacks will be available for purchase. RSVP is not required; just show up. But please don’t enter before 12:50 pm.
Coffee Talk
Join your friends on the last Friday of every month from 10 am to 11 am for a coffee and a casual conversation on topics that are important to you. This Arc member-led focus group will cover a variety of issues. This event is open to Arc Members only. The cost is $6 and up, depending on your drink order. Attendees are responsible for the cost of their drink! No sign-up required!
Weekly Events
Bingo Nights
Win like never B-4 at Arc Bingo! Join your friends at the Cheyenne Moose Lodge on the fourth Thursday in February, April, August, and October for an afternoon of prizes and fun! This event is open to Arc Members and Non-Members. Family, Caretakers, and Support Staff are encouraged to participate. Everyone participating is required to pay the entry fee. The event costs $3.00 for Arc Members and $5.00 for non-members. RSVP is not required; just show up! But please don’t enter before 12:50 pm.
Dance Party
Break out those dancing shoes and join your friends for an afternoon of dancing and fun. Dance to the Cupid Shuffle, Macarena, Cha-Cha Slide, and more! The fun starts at 1 pm at the Cheyenne Moose Lodge on the 2nd Thursday in February, March, April, August, September, and October. Snacks will be available for purchase. This event is free for everyone. Family, caretakers, and support staff are encouraged to participate. Due to the event setup, please do not enter before 12:50 PM. RSVP is not required; just show up!

FALL AWAY GIVEAWAY
Fall Away Reflection Event
Set personal improvement goals on decorative leaves
Event Details

Location: The Arc Office
Activity
Write a personal “fall away” goal on a leaf that will be displayed on the office wall. Focus on habits, behaviors, or mindsets you want to change or improve.
Goal Examples
– Stop interrupting others
– Reduce negative self-talk
– Improve communication skills
– Break bad habits
– Develop better coping strategies
– Address behavioral concerns
Incentives
– First 30 participants: Small appreciation gift
– All participants: Entry into fall basket drawing
– Everyone: Leaf displayed on the office wall
Purpose
Personal reflection and goal-setting activity combined with community participation and office decoration.
Reflect on what no longer serves you and commit to positive change.
Halloween Party

Christmas Party
Join us for our spectacular annual Christmas Party on December 6th, 2025, at the Clay Pathfinder Building at LCCC!
This magical holiday celebration will accommodate 180 guests for an unforgettable afternoon of festive fun, delicious dining, and lively dancing.
The festivities begin with check-in at 11:00 AM, followed by a mouth-watering lunch service at 11:30 AM. Our celebration continues until 3:00 PM, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy the holiday spirit, connect with friends, and dance the afternoon away.
Guests will savor an amazing buffet featuring their choice of tender Red Wine Braised Beef Brisket, slow-cooked to perfection, or succulent Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast. For our plant-based friends, we offer a delicious Vegan Stuffed Portobello Mushroom upon request(Attendees are only allowed to take one main protein). Every meal includes fluffy Twice-Baked Potatoes, flavorful Garlic Green Beans, crisp garden salad with Ranch or Italian dressing, and warm, fresh-baked dinner rolls with butter. The sweet finale features decadent Homemade Chocolate Cake topped with rich chocolate icing, accompanied by refreshing iced tea and lemonade.
This special event offers fantastic value at just $25 for members in good standing and $30 for non-members. Adding to the holiday magic, every individual attending with an Intellectual or Developmental disability will receive a special gift from Santa himself!
Tickets go on sale October 1st and will be available through November 14th unless this event sells out sooner.

- Office ticket sales are available as long as tickets remain.
Please note that attendees must print their own tickets(please do not double side print the tickets), the event is non-refundable, though tickets may be transferred.
